Date: 7th and 8th of July 2016
Venue: University of Oxford, Chemistry Department,  Museum of the History of Science, and the Oxford University Botanic Gardens
Audience: Year 9 and Year 10 school students interested in science and maths
 

A wonderful opportunity for Yr9/10 students to find out about the importance of chemical synthesis and isolation of materials. Students will explorer the history of Penicillin, carry out the extraction of limonene and discover a variety of plants used in the world of medicine.
